Japanese Level2 above; 
at least 5 years IT experience, in which at least 3 Years SE experience(External Design-System Test experience is must);
Excellent design skill(OOAD,RUP etc) in WEB Application, RDB design;
good Communication skill, high leadership and contribition二.对日软件开发（M/F)
Japanese Level3 above; 
at least 5 years experience, Legacy Transformation experience will be a plus.
Good command in PL/I, JCL, COBOL,CICS  programming etc; familar with MVS,IMS DB,IMS DC.
Execellent command in IBM S390;
Good Communication skill, high leadership and contribition三.对日软件（SAP）
Japanese Level1 above; 
at least 5 Years IT experience, in which 3 years above should be PM experience in Japanese project;
at least 2 successful project experience as PM in which leads 10 more members;
at least 2 years experience in SAP projects with understanding of ASAP or equivalent SAP project management methodogy
