横向滚动图片的问题

想在网页上加一个横向不断滚动的图片集，然后找了一些代码

虽然可以实现不断横向滚动的功能，我用的是php，在PHP Eclipse里面运行的时候，机器有点卡，CPU能跑到60%多，高的时候能跑到90%多，而后我编译好后在chrome里面运行的时候cpu也跑到10%几，请问一下这是我机器原因还是本身这个功能就会很占CPU？如果是功能的原因，有什么办法优化一下么？
