js对联广告在flash底层问题?

我在网上下了一个可关闭的JS对联广告代码,代码如下:

在网页上运行时,基本正常,但如果移动到有flash广告的位置时,这个对联广告就会被flash广告遮蔽,而且还会使网面中上一行的内容重复出现,这是怎么回事啊?
