请教的问题！

是这样的！
我用frameset 设置了这样的 上下的一个 框架！
<frameset rows="333,*" cols="*" frameborder="NO" border="0" framespacing="0" >
  
   <frame src="test.jsp" name="topFrame" frameborder="NO" scrolling="NO" noresize allowtransparency="">
<frame src="showInfo.jsp" name="showFrame" frameborder="NO" scrolling="auto" noresize marginwidth="1" marginheight="1" bordercolor="#CCCCCC"><noframes>你需要 Internet Explorer 版本 3.0 或更高版本才能查看框架!

</frameset>上面 的页面是一个提交页面， 是提交 按纽  下面是显示的内容但是下面的内容很多，就出现了 滚动条，但是滚动条只是在  下面的部分！我的意思是要在 整个 页面 都滚动，不只是 下面的那部分滚动而已。请问有什么办法没有？
