菜鸟的localhost的域名解析问题

我启动heritrix的时候，用http://127.0.0.1:8007可以运行，而http:localhost:8007则出现ERROR
The requested URL could not be retrieved--------------------------------------------------------------------------------While trying to retrieve the URL: http://localhost:8007/ The following error was encountered: Connection to 127.0.0.1 Failed The system returned:     (111) Connection refusedThe remote host or network may be down. Please try the request again. 我C盘下的hosts文件中已经设了127.0.0.1  localhost。我机子上也装了tomcat，不过没有启动服务。请教各位高手究竟是为什么

C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\Hosts\hosts里面有没有   127.0.0.1       localhost   这一项

是您写错了吧，应该是http://localhost:8007，而不是http:localhost:8007
