紧急求救 RFC 2068

我的工程在windows里发布的时候没有出现问题，可是在linux下发布的时候出现下面的错误：
Error 500--Internal Server Error 
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
10.5.1 500 Internal Server Error
The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request
怎么解决阿！！急！！！！！！！！！

你的请求不符合协议的要求，建议你打开服务器的存取日志 access log, 看一下第一行到底是啥东西
