Hibernate執行查詢出錯ˍ高手請進

HQL: "from Room room where room.endDt >= ? and room.startDt <= ?"
出現的錯誤信息:

問題是我把這裡出錯信息裡的sql語句放到mysql客戶端直接執行，它可以運行得到我想要的結果
