我现在有一个 “发送通知单”的功能和“接收通知单”的功能，在发送通知单中发送了一个通知单后，接收通知单里面多了没有接收的通知单，就用<embed src="<%=path%>/meetinginform/sound/security.wav" autostart="true" loop="1" hidden="true" />声音提示一下。问题是：我怎么判断在接收通知单里多了记录。
