鼠标经过字体变色问题

表格的单元格里面的字体在鼠标经过时变色,变色代码为下面的代码,放到JSP页中已经通过,

</html>现在我想把它写成动态的,那么向上面的

关键是如何组合这个字符串,关于里面单引号与双引号如何处理的问题,我怎么都拼不对.希望个位大侠给予指点.
