高分求解 The endpoint reference (EPR) for the Operation not found

Question

我发布了GetPhoto服务，现在在客户端调用该服务，却提示如下错误
Exception in thread "main" org.apache.axis2.AxisFault: The endpoint reference (EPR) for the Operation not found is http://localhost:8080/axis2/services/GetPhoto and the WSA Action = urn:anonOutInOp

但是奇怪的是我却能调用启动摄像头服务也就是GetPhoto服务，小弟不知道这是怎么回事，请大家帮我看看 这是怎么回事 出错在哪里 为什么出错了还能调用服务呢
