那样无法彻底，
MYSQL的服务器加一句话就可以了，
我忘记什么话了

加上这个应该好了吧，我开始也遇到了这个问题，在WEB.XML里加上以上代码，将com.chaozi.change.CharacterEncodingFilter:编译放在一定目录下就可以了。
