If yes, then most probably the issue is occurring due to a corrupted XML file in the config directory (<DOMAIN_HOME>\config)
If it is a FMW domain, then check for <DOMAIN_HOME>/config/fmwconfig/ directory, check for any XML files that are of size "0" bytes.If you find any file in the config directory with size "0" bytes, then try to probably replace that corrupted file with the correct file may be retrieved from another machine of the same domain where it is not corrupted.Arun
