win7安装tomcat问题

1，小弟在win7安装tomcat6时，在tomcat的Log On里面使用系统账户，可以正常启动。但是我要访问共享服务器目录，所以本地创建了个与共享服务器帐号密码相同的访问账户，并加入到admin组，Log On里面使用这个账户，tomcat启动不了了。大家有没遇到过，如何解决？2，同样是在win server2008服务器上安装tomcat6，除了遇到上述1的问题外，连配置文件都不能修改，修改后总是让另存为，说什么让检查文本有没有被其他程序打开。以上两个问题，有没有同学遇到，给点建议。win7的权限问题真是烦躁。谢谢各位了

1、启动不了，报什么错了？检查下对应jdk,jre是否有访问权限。
2、文件是不是有只读属性？

1，查看系统日志错误如下：
The Tomcat6 service was unable to log on as .\Icadmin with the currently configured password due to the following error: 
Logon failure: the user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer.
Service: Tomcat6 
Domain and account: .\Icadmin
This service account does not have the required user right "Log on as a service."
2，文件没有只读，不知道是不是被网管设置了不能修改安装程序里面的文件的权限

我本地装，如果不该log on的账户也可以用，但是我要访问服务器共享目录，需要使用指定账户访问

1，配置文件无法修改
使用右键admin启动编辑器，然后file-open打开配置文件，编辑保存2，tomcat log on账户配置访问共享目录问题
  groups中，admin，msapp，logon 3个group中添加账户“msdomain1\docwarehouse”
  在tomcat服务中配置log on帐号密码
