    很明白地说有两个webLogic服务器在进行，叫你关掉一个啊。

    在jb里配置server，编译运行程序就会启动weblogic。注意，请不要手工启动weblogic。
    weblogic服务器监听端口为7001，两个端口会冲突。

    说明你启动了两个weblogic啊，你用jb运行web应用时，jb会帮你启动一个的。
    所以，请把以前的weblogic停掉
