form的名字与你的struts-config.xml中的一致。
如：你的程序中
<html:form action="index.do"> 那么struts-config.xml中
<action path="/index" name="myForm" type="xxxx">
   <forward name="success" path="/xxx.jsp"/>
</action>jsp中的javascript为：document.myForm.页面控件名.value = ....form的名字与你的struts-config.xml中定义的name一致。
