    你想要可以解密的?一般密码都是单向加密的啊,这样才安全。
    加密解密的话用DES,或者自己拼凑个简单的加密短发。

    sqlserver好像带有PASSWROD这个函数,你可以打开sqlserver的控制台,在里面找找,或者网上搜一下也可以的。如果你需要解密的话,建议还是自己在插入数据库之前自己来实现其加密和解密的方法这样比较好。
