用啥框架就直接从下载下来的JAR或官方资料中找例子，然后直接COPY例子中的模板配置文件不就好了么

你最好也看下你的jdk 版本
jdk 1.4 和 1.5以及以上 解析xml 有些不一样
1.4的是先引用 后在 <beans>1.5一上才是 在beans中引用
