    将 jsp 的默认打开方式改成代码试图：
    window---->perferences----->General------->editors------>file associations
    选择 jsp------->选择相应的 editor　为 default。也就是把myeclispe jsp editor 设为 default（而不是myeclispe visual jsp editor） 。
    试试

    什么系统？你Eclipse左侧的Project Explorer 最右上角有一个小钮,鼠标移上去时提示"View Menu".
    你点一下,在弹出的上下文菜单中选择"Customize View..." 弹出一个对话框.
    你选择: Content Tab页,在里面把没用的去掉试试.另外断下网试试

    谢谢斑竹，网上的这个方法我试过了。我的eclipse中jsp有四个编辑方式，我都设过默认，不起作用，还是一样的building workspace 卡死。

    win7 系统 Eclipse Java EE IDE for Web Developers。Project Explorer 最右上角的小钮还真没看到，Project Explorer 上面就一个close操作。现在在断网尝试中
