其中reloadable="true"就是表示不用重新启动

对，楼上的对在你的那个ROOT或者你自定义的Context的那个定义中加上reload=true就可以了
无论你是加入class，更新class，甚至更新jar加入新的jar文件，都可以自动检测到并reload一次。
