为什么不能下载呢？

我的所有JSP程序都在c:\tomcat\webapps\root\mis\下面，上传的压缩文件上传到了c:\tomcat\webapps\root\mis\upload_files\下面，原后我把该文件下载的路径保存在数据库中，如：./upload_files/win01.rar,原后我在该页面上点这个连接或直接在浏览器地址栏中输入下载地址：http://localhost:8080/mis/upload_files/win01.rar 就会再该浏览器中窗口中出现一大堆乱码。。

是呀,用RAR就是出现的是这种情况,我用resin刚试了,也是这样的,用Zip就没事.
