。
日志中给出了两个建议
1.increasing the server configured values for client timeouts,
增加数据库的对客户端的连接时间
2。using the Connector/J connection property 'autoReconnect=true' .
将Connector/J connection 的属性设置为'autoReconnect=true 即自动连接我觉得还是xml配置问题，贴出来看看
