JSP后台批量建栏目，栏目简称命名的问题

Question

本人想在JSP后台  增加一个批量建栏目的功能，每个栏目都对应一个栏目简称
栏目简称的命名规则是 栏目名称中每个汉字的首个拼音字母 这个应该怎么做 谁能给个参考或思路
