所有hibernate struts spring配置文件怎么放在单独的目录

项目里有个和SRC目录同级的config目录·所有hibernate struts spring配置文件都放在config目录
那是怎么实现的

ant或maven构建的目录结构中有一个配置文件，<module>目录名</module>
