struts中路径请求问题？

请教一下struts2中路径请求问题：
在struts.xml中有namespace的名字是/hello   actiond的名字是/hello   要跳转的页面是hello.jsp
我在index中写了个超链接要跳到hello中  
<a href="/hello/hello">hello</a>这样既然报错说要把项目明加上去  我的项目名是struts2_path   写成这样
<a href="/struts_path/hello/hello">hello</a>就可以跳转过去了   为啥啊   我在index的jsp页面中有<base>啊  为啥还要加上项目名？

/hello/hello表示从base开始的，因此你的href要不是写成相对路径 hello/hello，或者是绝对路径/struts_path/hello/hello

对啊在index页面中有

String path = request.getContextPath();
String basePath = request.getScheme()+"://"+request.getServerName()+":"+request.getServerPort()+path+"/";
%>这样不就得到项目名了吗
就会自动加上项目名啊   为啥还要我自己写啊
