一般来说Java跨平台的，根据楼上的各位回答应该可以了，但是还是有较小几率会出现以下问题，我随便想的：1. 应用服务器需要重新安装，各个服务器上的应用服务器不一样，需要找到相应版本的AIX应用服务器进行安装，另外同一个应用服务器版本之间有差异（别说大版本了，就是后面的小版本也会有差异，每个patch release都修正了很多bug，带着很多change request出现的)，就算是相同版本，在不同服务器上也会有差异。
2. 各项resource，比如datasource、message queue等是否需要迁移
3. 找一下配置文件中的配置路径，毕竟windows的文件系统目录和AIX的文件系统目录不一样
4. 各项环境变量设置需要写入AIX的bash/sh profile中去
