连接SQL SERVER 2000时出现错误，3个JAR都正确

数据库连接出现:TCP/IP network connections localhost, port of master 1433 has failed. Error: connection refused: connection. Please verify the connection properties and check a SQL server running on the host and examples of TCP/IP network connections in the port, and that no firewall TCP connection blocked.
如何解决请各位高手帮忙。

样子是1433端口连接的问题，上面的报错信息说的很详细了，照说的检查机器吧端口问题，不过连sqlserver要打SP4补丁的

通过你的命令执行结果，你没有发现你的1433端口没有在用吗？可能是被你机器的防火墙给禁止了！或者你的sqlserver就没有正确启动！
