JProfiler6.0+Tomcat6.0 配置老出错, 急急

想请问下有没有人用过JProfiler，我的WEB APPLICATION 运行在本地的TOMCAT6.0上面发现内存泄露，听说J可以检测，就下了一下JProfiler 6.0.
我按照配置了，但是总不成功，上网查了很多资料也不能解决，想请用过的人帮帮忙，真得十分感谢。
我是这样配置的，
1.from the Quickstart window->An application server, locally or remotely
2.follow the wizard step by step
1)choose application server Apache Tomcat 6.x
2)application is located "on this computer"
3) Chose JVM vendor
4) wait for a connection from the JProfiler GUI
5) Locate the start script :C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\apache-tomcat-6.0.20\bin\startup.bat
6) port:8849
7)finished但开始后就是出错信息：
"Could not connect ot 127.0.0.1:8849.Please make sure that the remote address is correct, the remote program is started properly and the netword route allows socket connections."
