NetBeans 报 the absolute uri http java.sun.com jsp jstl core cannot be resolved

NetBeans 报  the absolute uri http java.sun.com jsp jstl core cannot be resolved 错，发布后运行代码是没错的，只是在IDE下看了很不舒服。很多提示也因为它而没有了。
这个应该怎么设置的？

web.xml-><jsp-config>它要自己设置标签,不然认不出的.

检查下你的web-info下是否存在c.tld，jar包jstl-1.1。jar是否存在lib下面啦，不过最后在
不要使用绝对路径，
配置web.xml
 <jsp-config> 
<taglib>
<taglib-uri>/WEB-INF/jstl-c</taglib-uri>
<taglib-location>/WEB-INF/c.tld</taglib-location>
</taglib> </jsp-config>
页面引入：
<%@ taglib uri="/WEB-INF/jstl-c" prefix="c" %>
