运行问题

在tomcat部署项目，在运行index.html(此时的html是自己新建的默认页不加任何东西)可以正常在IE中显示，但是在页面中加了表单 类似：输入用户，密码，提交，取消 ，此时再打开IE就出现404的报错，自己又把源代码一下部分删除

404错误是找不到资源
楼主页面中是不是用了action什么的，检查下引用的action有没有，配置的是否正确
