HttpURLConnection发送http消息总是失败

Question

各位大哥大姐：
我用如下方法去发送一个HTTP消息，可是state!=HttpURLConnection.HTTP_OK的情况时常会发生，不知道又没有什么解决的方案没有
httpurl = new URL(url);
             httpConn = (HttpURLConnection) httpurl.openConnection();
             httpConn.connect();
             state = httpConn.getResponseCode();
             httpConn.disconnect();
