根据异常  意思是 把Content-Type="text/plain" 改为:Content-Type="text/x-gwt-rpc"

your jars guy,this exception is due to version changing, generaly from 1.4(text/plain) to 1.5(text/x-gwt-rpc)
so you must check your jarsat server side, and your war or ear package
