reporting service 部署出现的问题,求助

我之前有做一个报表,并且部署成功了,且在客户机能打开
现在我另外做了一个,在部署过程中就出现了下面的问题
请高手帮忙看下啊~!
那个RSWebApplication.config改过了.还是不行..===================================无法与报表服务器 http://10.1.3.3/reports 建立连接。 (Microsoft 报表设计器)===================================尝试连接到报表服务器时失败。请检查连接信息，并检查报表服务器版本是否兼容。 (Microsoft.ReportingServices.Designer)------------------------------

报表服务器地址应该是http://servername/reportserver(如：http://10.1.3.3/reportserver)
