SQLServer2000安装问题，从没遇到过的？

重装了一个server2003系统之后，就重装SQLServer,但是到了序列号那一步的时候，就通不过了（序列号它自己已经填上了，在其他系统上不会出现这一步，换了其他网上找的序列号也不行），有没有高手知道啊，望告知！

打上才支持SQl2000sp4
05需要装IIS

这个问题倒是解决了，以前有人问过，是一些相关的服务没有开启，开启了就不会弹出那一步了具体应开启的服务如下：  Application   Experience   Lookup   Service

但是，过了这一步，新的问题又来了：安装到最后的时候提示：“安装程序配置服务器失败；参考服务器错误日志和c:\windows\sqlstp.log了解更多信息”，点了确定之后，安装就完了，当然，没有装上！气死人了！我的系统是2003 server, 数据库安的是2000 sp2
