用Asp.net2.0+Sql2000.2005开发一应用程序，部署在Win2000服务器上，现将Win2000升级2003后Asp.net数据连接出现错误
错误信息如下：
Server Error in '/website1' Application.

(provider: TCP Provider, error: 0 - 由于目标机器积极拒绝，无法连接。) 用Sql查询分析器本地可连接SQL数据库，在非本地机上连接数据提示数据无法连接或被服务器拒绝，请问解决办法？？？

重新安装SQL2000,打上SP3补丁就OK了
