用LOG Explorer看SQL SERVER2005的删除日志报错看不了，怎么回事

由于发生了丢失数据问题，所以想查找是怎么删除的。
这个数据库是客户完全备份数据库文件，还原到我自己电脑上的SQL SERVER中。
我试了用时间点还原到丢失数据后的那个时间点，或者就默认还原到最近状态，用LOG Explorer，attach file时候总是提示这个错误：

Your log contains only recycled data.This data exists temporarily until SQL Server overwrites it with new information.This condition is due to one of the following reasons:1. Your log has 'Truncate Log On Checkpoint' option set to true.2. Your database has never been backed up.3. Your log was truncated by DUMP TRANSACTION WITH NO_LOG.因为没做过截断日志操作，同时备份都是完全备份了，所以第2，3肯定不是，但是第1点我就不太明白了。
我的数据库mdf与ldf文件都有3G多。
求救啊，各位大虾，LOG Explorer对数据库有什么要求么？
