服务重启失败

在重启服务时，提示：the <service name>service on local computer started and then stopped.some services stop automatically if they have no work to do ,for example,the performance logs and alets service.请问各位大侠，这个要怎么解决呀，我已经卸载过程序，又重新安装，但是依然是启不了服务。
