Attach DataBase

Question

我在VS里面新建了数据库，是放在APP_DATA文件夹里的。我在SQL server management studio里面 Attach Database。
但是找不到刚刚建好的数据库。这是为什么啊？
我连接数据库服务器是用.\SqlExpress ，身份验证是windows的。
