同一服务器多个网站运行一段时间就不能访问

一个服务器上装了2个.net做的网站，原来单独放一个网站的时候都没问题，后来合在一个服务器上总是运行一段时间就不能访问了，重启机器后就可以了。大概3天左右就不行了。是不是哪里设置有问题 2个网站冲突啊。
出现问题后访问提示如下错误：
“/”应用程序中的服务器错误。
