对一个数据库Generate SQL script后，不能还原

有N行这样的

=>原DB的collation和你运行db.sql的server的collation不一致，所以会做转换，但是text类型的数据不支持从简体中文(936)转换到拉丁 1 字符 (ANSI) (1052)
