sql的书写

Question

我有两张表 a  (a0,a1,a2,a3)   b(b0,b1,b2,b3)
我现在想查询的结果（a.a0,b.b0) 符合这样的条件：
1：a1 = b1
2：如果a2 为空侧不必管了，如果不为空侧 a2 = b2
3：如果a3为空侧不必管了，如果不为空侧 a3= b3
