SQL 排除筛选记录

Question

有这样一些记录:column1 column2
a 1
b 2
c 1
d 1
e 3
f 2
g 2
怎样从上面的记录里把column2=1和column2=3的记录筛选出来,排除column2列中对应column1只有一条的记录.
