1、 提供一下C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\100\Setup Bootstrap\Log\20110720_144915\SqlSupport_Cpu64_1_ComponentUpdate.log 的內容
2、参考这里：http://blogs.msdn.com/b/sqlblog/archive/2010/01/08/how-to-install-net-framework-3-5-sp1-on-windows-server-2008-r2-environments.aspx  安装一下.net 3.5 sp1。
3、提供一下：
1.C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\100\Setup Bootstrap\Log\Summary.txt 
2.C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\100\Setup Bootstrap\Log\20110720_144915\Detail.txt 
3.C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\100\Setup Bootstrap\Log\20110720_144915\Summary_<计算机名>_20110720_144915.txt 或以 Summary开头的文件。内容会很多，搜索error、fail字样的那些就可以了。我下午不在，先让你把问题描述清楚点，以便后面的人能够精确定位问题

试图安装（或更新）SQL Server Native Client的计算机上已经安装了SQL Server Native Client的，并在现有的安装是从MSI文件并没有被sqlncli.msi。为了解决这个错误，卸载现有版本的SQL Server Native Client的。为了防止这种错误，不要安装SQL Server Native Client的未命名sqlncli.msi从MSI文件。
这是SQL官方对这个错误的解释，但是不明白。
