Performance Logs and Alerts 服务无法启动

Question

错误提示：the performance Logs and Alerts Service on Local Computer Started and then stopped.some services stop automatically if they have no work to do,for example, the performance Logs and Alerts service.   
在运行CMD后输入perfmon.msc，添加一性能日志和报警后，Performance Logs and Alerts 服务仍然无法启动。
请各位大侠帮帮忙是怎么回事，在线等，谢谢！

  运行   perfmon.msc，添加一性能日志和报警后，该服务可以正常启动
