有两个,估计你是安装失败后某些服务无法启动,你去找原因还不如弄个干净的系统重新安装
-->右键-->属性-->高级-->Dump Directory-->打开Dump Directory参数的目录..

我把错误提示的文件解压缩，才解决问题的，也不知道哪个软件把这些数据库压缩起来的
