sqlsmangr.exe 找不到Ordinal

试试:删除:
C:\WINNT\system32\odbcbcp.dll然后从SQL安装光盘
x86\system\
下复制此文件到
C:\WINNT\system32\
下,再用下面的方法注册一下:
regsvr32 C:\WINNT\system32\odbcbcp.dll

按上面各位的办法，将odbcbcp.dll复制到系统目录，注册没有成功，但是sqlsmangr.exe 
可以启动，
但是在启动“企业管理器”，报的错误信息是：管理单元初始化失败，

开始菜单-->运行-->mmc-->按ctrl+m-->按Alt+D-->找到企业管理器-->按Alt+A-->按Alt+D-->关闭-->确定-->按Ctrl+S-->OK

是不是前面注册odbcbcp.dll的问题，因为注册没有成功
为什么注册不成功了？

注册的信息是：
E:\winnt\sytem32\odbcbcp.dll was loaded, but DllRegisterServer entry point was not found
