delete from A where handleby='C'  是 delete from A where handleby='F' 笔误写错了.呵呵。。

如果一共二十六万，那delete from A where handleby='F' 只是删除1万条，而且有索引，速度应该不是问题但是如果delete from A where handleby='F' 删除十万条，那总数就应该是二百六十万条，可以试一下，时间稍微久一点应该可以接受的，毕竟一次删除了十万条
