要知道字段有没有值，你就要先Select 它出来 ，既然Select了，又何必还要判断呢？!

如果用于 a/b 
可以这样 
select (case when b<>0 then a/b else 0 end) as ok
--or
select (case when len(b)>0 then a/b else 0 end) as ok
