感谢您使用微软产品。以下是配置SQL Mail的要点, 您可以重点察看要点 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8.Check Your Configuration
------------------------Correcting an improper configuration can resolve the vast majority of SQL Mail
problems. The following is a checklist of settings you need to confirm on your
SQL Server to ensure that SQL Mail is properly configured.1. You must have a mail client (such as Microsoft Outlook) installed on your SQL
Server box.2. Microsoft Outlook 2000 must be configured (Tools/Options/Mail Services
tab/Reconfigure Mail Support button) with the "Corporate or Workgroup"
option. Microsoft Outlook 2002 will not work with SQL Mail when using an
Internet mail server unless the Outlook client is left running at all times.3. You must have a working mail server such as Exchange or an Internet mail
(POP3/SMTP) server. The outgoing mail (SMTP) server need not be the same as
the incoming mail (POP3) server, but you must have a valid incoming mail
server with a configured mail account, even if no mail will ever be sent to
SQL Mail.4. The account used to start the SQL Server service must be a domain account if
you are using an Exchange server. This domain account must have a mailbox on
the Exchange server. If you are using an Internet mail server, then you can
use a local account to start SQL Server. However, the account used to start
SQL Server cannot be the Local System account under any circumstances. The
same applies to the service account used to start SQL Agent if you are using
SQL Agent Mail.5. Because mail profiles are associated with a Windows login account, you will
need to login to the SQL Server box with the SQL Server service startup
account in order to inspect the mail profile (Control Panel/Mail/Show
Profiles button) available to SQL Server. If you are using SQL Agent Mail,
you will also need to login with the SQL Agent service startup account to
inspect the mail profiles available to SQL Agent, if the SQL Agent service
account is different from the SQL Server service account.6. You must be able to open the mail client and test sending and receiving an
email to your mail server with no popup windows appearing that require user
action. SQL Mail uses the mail client to send mail. Since SQL Mail runs
within the SQL Server service, any popup dialog boxes requiring user
interaction would appear on the "virtual desktop" and would never be acted
upon. The result would be a SQL Mail "hang".7. The mail profile used to test your mail client configuration must be supplied
to SQL Mail (in Enterprise Manger, under the Support Services folder,
right-click SQL Mail and select Properties). If you use SQL Agent Mail, the
mail profile must be supplied to SQL Agent (in Enterprise Manager, under the
Management folder, right-click SQL Agent and select Properties).8. The default Internet E-mail program (Control Panel/Internet Options/Programs
tab) must be the same as the mail client used to test the mail configuration.9. Any changes to the above settings should be followed by stopping and
restarting the SQL Server service before the changes can be expected to take
effect. Any reconfiguration of the default mail profile should be followed by
a reboot of the Windows operating system before the changes can be expected
to take effect.
