sql2005 表数据比对 存储过程

Question

我有一个固定资产档案表 有唯一标识 条形码还有张盘点表 也是条形码就是做完固定资产盘点后 比对这两张表的数据 得出资产损益报告 求助 这个比对的存储过程该怎么写啊
