数据库中的或者问题

Question

有这样一个表
custID saleID Timeselect count(*) from table where custID=c1 and Time=t1int count=.......................if (count>0)
{ messagebox.show("该客户在时间上有冲突")}
--------------------------------------------------------------
我现在希望有两种情况下都显示时间上有冲突   saleID 和Time也不能冲突 
合并成一句怎么写
